Attorney Park is the Director of Legal Affairs at a communications technology company based in Chicago, Illinois. The company provides uniquely innovative could service and communications solutions to its customers including Fortune 500 companies, national network carriers, national healthcare providers, governmental bodies, and national insurance providers. Ms. Park advises her company on all legal matters ranging from technology transactions, general corporate transactions, intellectual property issues, licensing, and negotiating and structuring software and technology contracts.

Ms. Park received her dual bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with Honors Distinction. Ms. Park received her Juris Doctor degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
